How to use:

For bath: Add 1-2 cups of bath salts into hot bath. Soak for 10-20 mins for relaxation.

For foot bath: Add 1/2 cup of bath salts in a large basin of warm water. Soak your feet for 10-15 mins to relieve soreness and warm you up before bed.
